Download membership application form.

This page provides a link to download our text based application form which can be completed and returned using your own word processor.

The form uses a number of standard input fields which should pop up when selected. Please complete the form and Rename your file with your name before closing the application.

You can then use our Membership link to email the file file

Opening and using the form

1. Click the Link
2. Select Save File Option
3. Save file as [Yourname].doc

The file should now appear in your download folder.

Troubleshooting .

The file is downloaded as Read Only and if you attempt to edit the content, a warning message or beep may sound. You require to Rename the file before you can type in your details.

Using fields.

The various fields appear as small blue or grey coloured areas. Click them to open the pop-up box and enter your information. Remember to Save file or your changes will be lost.
